This prime location affords tenants amazing, 360-degree views of Hollywood Hills, Downtown Los Angeles, LA Country Club, and the Pacific Ocean.
Made of a steel frame and concrete structure, the tower features glass curtain walls and tinted floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Floors are arranged in rectangular configurations with an average size of around 23,000 square feet. Space is designed for either single or multi-tenant use. In terms of parking, the building has a dedicated four-level underground parking garage and an adjacent multi-level parking structure.
