The Park Murray Building is located at 11 Park Place, New York, NY 10007 between Church Street and Broadway. The building was constructed in 1927 by architects Buchman and Kahn, offers around 205,000 square feet in rentable office space, and tops out at 18 stories. Although the building is older, it was recently renovated in 2004 and features upgraded space and infrastructure. This building is located in TriBeCa and is within walking distance to some of Downtown’s best attractions, including City Hall, South Street Seaport, Wall Street, the New York Stock Exchange, Federal Hall, Trinity Church, Battery Park City, and the World Trade Center. In addition to these offerings, there are hundreds of bars, restaurants, and retailers that litter the area. The building is also highly accessible as its located near the World Trade Center PATH station and the MTA’s red, yellow, and blue metro lines.
