120 Park Avenue, a Class “A+” building designed in 1981 as the urban campus for Phillip Morris, was purchased vacant from the company in 2008. The strategic location of this building gives residents direct access to Grand Central Terminal.
Situated in the Murray Hill neighborhood on the east side of Manhattan, the building faces the East River on the east and Midtown Manhattan on the west. The dense urban feel and plenty of commercial, financial, and cultural centers nearby make this neighborhood one of the most popular in Manhattan.
Its bronze look and 26 stories make it one of the pinnacles in this neighborhood. Inside, the sophisticated corporate aesthetic of this building features large windows that allow for plenty of light within the offices. With a total of 600,000 square feet, there are 350 office spaces for lease. All are recently renovated and can be used by a wide range of commercial entities, such as retail or corporate businesses.
