200 Liberty Street is a 40-story building located between South End and West Street in Manhattan’s Battery Park City neighborhood, New York. The 577-foot building was constructed in 1986 and was originally known as One World Financial Center.
It adopted the name 200 Liberty Street in 2014 while the rest of the complex became Brookfield Place. The building has a 1,628,000-square-foot leasable area. It houses deluxe dining, retail, and world-class amenities, while also providing a 180-degree view of New York harbor.
The building is near the red and yellow MTA subways lines and the World Trade Center PATH station. Its proximity to other neighboring office buildings makes it ideal for organizations that need to be near clients or partner firms. Other amenities include 800 parking spaces, 250 bike parking slots, and a daycare facility.
200 Liberty Street tenants include international fashion houses and contemporary brands like Hermes, Lululemon, and Salvatore Ferragamo. It is also home to eight signature restaurants, including PJ Clarke’s, Le District, and Sant Ambroeus.
