200 Vesey Street is a 53-story office building on West Street at Brookfield Place, along the Hudson River waterfront. The 739-foot building, formerly known as Three World Financial Center, is Brookfield Place’s tallest building.
200 Vesey Street features a similar design as 225 Liberty Street, the former Two World Financial Center. César Pelli & Associates designed the building with more than 2.1 million square feet of leasable office area. The building links to the rest of the Brookfield Place through a yard that leads to the Winter Garden.
The Winter Garden is a magnificent 10-story walled glass atrium boasting a gigantic indoor sanctuary with a cascading semi-circular marble staircase. It features at least 40 different retail shops and restaurants and is one of Manhattan’s most spectacular venues.
200 Vesey Street won an Energy Star award in 2014 and 2015 for its operational efficiency. It connects to six subway lines and PATH service.
