The Western Electric Building is located at 222 Broadway, New York, NY 10038 between Fulton Street and Ann Street. The structure stands at 27 stories, was constructed in 1961, and features over 350,000 square feet in office space for rent. Although an older building, the Western Electric Building has undergone a slew of upgrades from 2008 to 2011, including improvements to the elevators, base building chiller plant, windows, lighting, steam condenser, and glycol plant. The structure benefits from an excellent location on the North side of the Financial District and is within walking distance of some of the city’s landmark areas including City Hall, South Street Seaport, Wall Street, the New York Stock Exchange, Federal Hall, Trinity Church, Battery City, and the World Trade Center. This, coupled with the large number of restaurants and retail outlets on Fulton Street and Broadway make the Western Electric Building a great location to work from for any organization.
