25 Broadway, also known as the Cunard Building or the Standard & Poors Building, is located in the Financial District neighborhood of Manhattan. The 22-story building stands at approximately 255 feet tall. Designed by American architect Benjamin Wistar Morris and built in 1921, 25 Broadway was named an official New York City landmark in 1995. It is known, in particular, for its ornate lobby and Great Hall.
In addition to the beautiful architecture and design, tenants of the Cunard Building will enjoy close proximity to a number of transit lines including the 4, 5, N, R, W, J, Z, 1, 2, and 3 trains, as well as a variety of bus lines traveling within Manhattan, to Queens, and to the Bronx. Additionally, the building’s proximity to the waterfront and to Bowling Green Park provide those who work there with great opportunities for a refreshing midday break.
