27 Union Square West is one of the buildings nearest Union Square Park, located at the corner of Union Square West and 16th Street. Built by the famous architect Max Siegel in 1959, this five-story building consists of aluminum, glass, and a mix of blue and green panels. On its northern side, you can notice the unique white brick with horizontal window bands.
Some of the easiest transportation options include the L, N, Q, R, W, 4, 5, and 6 trains. In addition to Union Square Park, it’s near the farmers’ market, and plenty of restaurants and retail spaces. The bar at W Hotel is a popular entertainment option in the evenings.
With 62,000 square feet (combined) and 9,219 square feet per floor, this building offers plenty of space for commercial clients. The modern look got its latest update in 2012 when the lobby and elevators went through a complete facelift.
