Location in New York’s dynamic meatpacking district, 837 Washington Street is a new building designed by architect Morris Adjmi. With an iconic brick façade and six stories of a twisting steel exoskeleton, to say the design is unique is an understatement. Still, however, the building has been designed with LEED certification in mind and incorporates a number of green technologies. The building contains about 25,000 square feet of office space as well as 28,000 square feet for retail. Despite the gritty, industrial exterior, 837 Washington is a sleek, efficient animal.
