Completed in 1987, Chase Tower is faced with polished and flamed granite and gray insulated semi-reflective glass that elegantly catches the rays of the Dallas sun. The most iconic feature of this tower is its massive, twenty-seven foot wide sky window.
One of Chase Tower’s opulent features is the Sky Lobby, which provides unmatched, 360 degree views of Dallas’s Arts District. The lobby has a modern and traditional style, The floor is covered with Verde Giada marble complemented with bronze stripes. The walls are faced with Indiana Select Bluff limestone. The two-story lobby allows a vast amount of light to protrude with the addition of LED lights and pendant fixtures.
