Enterprise Plaza, also known as 1100 Louisiana, is a 55-story, 750 ft skyscraper at 1100Louisiana Street in downtown Houston. The headquarters of Enterprise Products is located in the Enterprise Plaza. Hines constructed Enterprise Plaza in 1980. It was sold in 1985 to Capitol Guidance Corporation that sold it again to National Office Partners Limited Partnership. Hines Real Estate bought the tower in January 2000. The building contains a bank securities department, convenience shops, a restaurant, and a small auditorium on the concourse level. The building is similar in cladding and form to the 555 California Street in San Francisco, which was designed by the same architects. This was the tallest building in Texas from 1980-1982; surpassed by JPMorgan Chase Tower in Houston. In 2007, the Monument au Fantme sculpture was relocated to Discovery Green and in the following year, the plaza was rebuilt to include trees, fountains & other landscaping elements.

The major tenants currently in the building are Enbridge, Enterprise Products, Forest Oil Corporation, King & Spalding, and Credit Suisse.
