Heritage Plaza is located in [Downtown Houston] (http://www.thesquarefoot.com/houston/office-space/downtown-houston) at 1111 Bagby. Heritage Plaza is the most recently constructed office building in Downtown Houston for ten years until the completion of 1500 Louisiana in 2002 and most recently was renamed Deloitte Heritage Plaza.

Deloitte executed a lease of over three hundred thousand square feet in 2007 as part of a 12 year, 10 floor lease. Heritage Plaza is known for its prominence in the [Houston] (http://www.thesquarefoot.com/houston/) skyline as well as the top of the building which was designed to look like a Mayan Pyramid.

The entire building was designed with Mexican influences, including the lobby, which contain marbled waterfalls surrounding an in building gym and deli. Hertiage Plaza is one of the few office buildings in Downtown Houston with no access to the Houston tunnel system.

Heritage Plaza is considered a Class AA office space, which sold for $325 million in 2010. Heritage Plaza is constructed with a structural steel frame with
composite concrete on metal deck elevated floor slabs. The granite/reflective glass
combination is limited to the lower 12 levels and upper 9 levels.

The primary east plaza entrance is accessed from the main plaza
off Dallas and Brazos Street. Pedestrians enter through pairs of
double-glass doors separated by a vestibule into a main atrium.
This two-story atrium contains polished granite tile flooring,
polished granite wall panels and textured gypsum wallboard walls
and ceilings. A series of 25 atrium skylights provide considerable natural light
for the atrium area. Additional lighting is provided from soffit and
ceiling mounted incandescent down and flood accent lighting,
including custom pendent light fixtures.
