A convenient access-controlled, seven-level parking garage adjoins the building via a covered walkway, providing space for 1,800 cars. Visitor parking is further supplemented by surface lots around the perimeter of the building. A computerized card-key system and monitored surveillance cameras at all entry doors control access to the building after hours, supplementing 24 hour/7 day a week on-site security personnel. Surveillance cameras are also located within the garage. The building has a comprehensive life-safety fire command system including smoke detection equipment and sprinklers throughout the building common areas. Sprinklers have been added to many of the tenant spaces and the building will be fully sprinkled in the near future. Entrances were renovated in 2001 adding flamed granite and an enclosed covered walkway to the garage. Interior renovations, including a new look to the atrium landscaping and seating areas for tenants and their visitors, elevator modernization with new cab finishes, as well as lighting upgrades are currently in progress. All bathrooms were renovated in 2001 consisting of granite and tile finishes with all new fixtures. The buildings exterior is constructed of reflective bronze glass panels with fissured glass spandrels. The sky lit atrium is accented with a lobby floor of polished terrene marble. The building has a total of eight elevators consisting of two banks of passenger elevators, including four glass enclosed cabs overlooking the atrium. Three cabs are in the process of being renovated to include stainless steel and painted glass finishes with marble stone panels and marble flooring. A separate freight elevator is also available for delivery and moving purposes. Reserved Parking is available at a charge of $55/month/space and unreserved parking is available at a charge of $35/month/space. There is one individually controlled thermostat zone for every 900 SF of space; 24 zones per floor. Additional amenities include on-site Property Management, deli, conference facility and ATM. FedEx/Express Mail drops are located in building. In addition, a fitness center is scheduled to be completed in 2012 for the use of all tenants. The building was awarded an Energy Star label in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 for its operating efficiency and Gold LEED certification in 2012.
