Completed in 1932, The AT&T Building is located on 32 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10013 by the corner of Church and Lispenard. The structure is quite sizable, features over 1,150,000 square feet in office space for lease, and stands tall at 28 floors. Although an older building, the structure was extensively renovated between 2000 and 2002 and now offers high quality office space and support. The AT&T building sits just below Canal street, near the northern end of TriBeCa. It’s unique location has certain advantages. There are a number of MTA subway lines nearby, as well as access to a host of companies that reside a little further South in the Financial District. In addition, the area is highly cultural with access to a number of restaurants, bars, and other amenities. With such accessibility and support, the AT&T Building truly benefits from great placement. The building originally housed technical equipment and offices for AT&Ts transatlantic communications functions and other services. AT&T moved its headquarters to the building in 1992. The AT&T Building is also home to a number of other corporate tenants, including Cogent Communications, Clear Channel, Mission Capital Advisors, Qwest, Cambridge University Press, Verizon, T-Mobile, TV Globo International, Globo News, Dentsu America, Bartle Bogle Hegarty, Tata Communications, and New York University among others.

SoHo (South of Houston) is synonymous with New York City glamor. Cobble stone streets. Shops for miles. Fashion factories. Pop-up stores. Endless brunches. Infinite galleries. You name it, SoHo does it with style.

And style is one of the neighborhood's main draws as an office space destination. Many of the featured spaces in SoHo are historic New York City factories that have since been converted into lofts. The unique loft-style construction of these spaces can add an interesting aesthetic to your office - especially if you're a fan of open concept layouts.

SoHo is also one of the more accessible work districts via public transit, thanks to numerous MTA subway lines and short walking distances to other neighborhoods.

As for well-known commercial tenants, Squarespace, Contently and Warby Parker all come to mind. To join them, renting SoHo office space comes with an average price tag of $70/sqft.
