Completed in 1968, 4 New York Plaza is one of the southernmost skyscrapers in Lower Manhattan, located at the corner of Broad Street and Water Street. The structure is quite sizable, features over 1,070,000 square feet in office space for lease, and stands tall at 22 floors. Although an older building, the structure was renovated recently and now offers high quality space and support. The lower retail sections of the building, however, were heavily damaged by Hurricane Sandy and are undergoing gut renovations. The structure sits on the southern end of the Financial District and subsequently benefits from some of New York’s best amenities. In addition to hundreds of restaurants in close proximity, 125 Broad Street benefits from being close to Bowling Green (4 and 5 trains), South Ferry (1 train), and Whitehall Street (R & W trains) MTA stations, and the Staten Island ferry. 4 New York Plaza also stands in the heart of a central business district, making it ideal for organizations needing closeness to partner firms or clients.
