The Wall Street Plaza is located at 88 Pine Street, New York, NY 10005 on Pine Street between Pearl Street and Front Street. Completed in 1973, the building stands at 33 floors tall and features around 624,000 square feet in office space for rent, making it quite a sizable structure. Although 120 Wall Street is still a relatively young building, it has been renovated in recent years, providing it with high quality office space and support. The structure stands in the Financial District in close proximity to the red and green MTA subway lines. Hundreds of different restaurants also pepper the surrounding neighborhood. The edifice’s proximity to the other office buildings that surround the area make this space ideal for an organization needing closeness to partner firms or clients. The building was designed with large amounts of undivided space to accommodate large brokerage divisions of banks and financial services firms. As a result, the floor plates were designed with maximum internal flexibility in mind.


Financial District
