Jamie joined SquareFoot’s New York team in early 2022 with the acquisition of her NYC-based commercial real estate firm, The Addeo Group. She founded The Addeo Group in 2014; prior to that, she spent close to 10 years at Cresa, the world’s largest occupier-only CRE firm. She began her career in 2007 at renowned commercial real estate services company CBRE.
Jamie specializes in tenant representation, lease negotiations, strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis, and project management. She offers clients a comprehensive, full-service approach to finding office space, focusing on maximizing both cost-effectiveness and efficient space utilization.
A native New Yorker, Jamie received a Bachelors degree in Communications from Fordham University. She then went on to obtain an advanced certificate in Real Estate Finance from the same institution. In her free time, she enjoys trading options and playing flag football.
Jamie works in conjunction with Jonathan Tootell, our New York City Market Lead, who brings more than 15 years of experience in New York City commercial real estate to SquareFoot.
