Jonathan started his career in commercial real estate as an analyst at Cushman & Wakefield. He worked his way up to becoming a successful broker at C&W, Newmark Knight Frank, and Transwestern where he focused on agency leasing and has a client roster including family-owned buildings to the largest REIT’s in the country. He joined SquareFoot at the beginning of 2020, bringing more than 20 years of experience to his role as the New York City Market Lead. His skills include repositioning assets, leasing, real estate economics, real estate transactions, and lease administration. Jonathan has also represented big-name tenants such as Gawker Media and Bustle Media.
