Nicolette joined SquareFoot as a Senior Associate in 2021. One of the company’s first hires in Nashville, she is focused on serving Nashville-based companies seeking real estate solutions that align with business objectives, as well as on growing SquareFoot’s presence in the metropolitan area.
Prior to joining SquareFoot, Nicolette worked for flexible workspace firm IWG plc from 2018 to 2021, where she developed a robust knowledge of the flex space industry. She has also worked for Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Nicolette is uniquely equipped to serve SquareFoot clients looking to explore and leverage flexible office solutions.
Nicolette graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. In her free time, she loves to pursue creative activities — particularly acting!
Nicolette works closely with Patrick Braswell, one of our senior brokers, who brings extensive experience in Nashville commercial real estate to SquareFoot. Braswell founded Transcend CRE and has held leadership positions at notable commercial real estate firms, including but not limited to Colliers International and Scotland Wright Associates.
