Prior to joining SquareFoot in 2021, Sam spent 9 years at Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners, where he helped tenants across a variety of industries outline and accomplish their real estate goals. He has worked on a number of major deals in the Houston market, including a 100,000 square foot lease for an oil and gas company and a 75,000 square foot lease for a technology firm. Before joining Fritsche Anderson, Sam worked for notable real estate firm Colliers International.
Sam obtained his BBA in Real Estate at the University of Georgia. A native Houstonian, he enjoys visiting Minute Maid Park to watch the Astros and spending time outdoors in the Fall.
