Grayson joined SquareFoot’s Houston team in 2022 as a Senior Director. He began his real estate career in 2005, working as an asset manager for boutique multifamily developer Henson Ford Investments. In 2014, Grayson left HFI to join renowned commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked as an office tenant representative for close to 8 years.
Grayson has experience representing a wide variety of companies, from small startups to multinational conglomerates. He represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of office space, with expertise in lease negotiations, lease renewals, site expansions, and subleasing. A skilled advisor, Grayson works to ensure that his clients’ real estate strategies are aligned with their business goals.
A native of Beaumont, Grayson attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he completed a major in Government and a minor in Business. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, BBQing, cheering on the Longhorns, and traveling. He lives in Houston with his wife and two children.
Grayson works closely with Sam Pouns, who brings extensive experience in Houston commercial real estate to SquareFoot. Sam has held brokerage positions at notable CRE firms, including but not limited to Colliers International and Fritsche Anderson Realty.
