Joe joined SquareFoot in 2017, coming from the Valuation & Advisory Services team at JLL where he spent his time building detailed appraisal reports on a wide variety of commercial property types. At SquareFoot, Joe has worked to find offices for a diverse mix of tenants across multiple industries and sizes, including Frederick Wildman & Sons, Ollie Pets, and Automattic, and has experience in office leasing throughout Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn.
Joe completed his Bachelors degree in Economics at Wheaton College in Massachusetts. When he’s not working, Joe spends weekend mornings cheering on Chelsea FC from his sofa and the rest of his free time cleaning up after his golden retriever.
