One of my 2019 resolutions is to share more about what’s going on at SquareFoot, and where we hope to head. I figure there’s no better place for this to live than the SquareFoot blog, and I’m excited this is the first one I get to write in the new year.
One of the biggest pieces of news thus far in 2019 is the addition of Phil Sofia to our leadership team. He is joining SquareFoot as Vice President of Sales.
Phil is a proven revenue leader with two decades of experience building and leading successful sales organizations of all sizes, across both the US and Europe. Phil has built and led teams at a number of high-growth organizations including Gerson Lehrman Group, where he filled a variety of leadership positions in New York and London across a 6 year tenure.
In his new role, Phil will own growing and developing our brokerage and sales teams, ensuring we continue to deliver a best-in-class office search experience in New York and cities across the country.
As we continue toward our goal of being the one-stop shop for growing business’ commercial real estate needs, I could not be more excited about Phil coming on board to help us understand and move the levers that improve client experience and drive sustainable growth.
