Published asking prices in Hong Kong run from HK$2,500 per desk per month at the low end to HK$4,780 in the upper quarter, with a median of HK$4,150.

“From” is the lowest published per-desk asking price across that operator’s Hong Kong centres; it is usually a one-person office or a dedicated desk. Larger offices scale roughly with headcount. “On inquiry” means the operator does not publish a rate and SquareFoot asks for it when you shortlist the space.
Three things separate these operators in practice. District: the centres are spread across Kowloon, Causeway Bay, Kwun Tong, Central, Sheung Wan and more, and the same team pays materially different rents on either side of a district line. Price basis: every row above is a per-desk monthly figure with furniture, internet, cleaning and reception included; a few operators add meeting-room credits or parking on top. Term: nearly all of them sign for six or twelve months with a rolling month-to-month option after, and most will do a shorter first term for a small team.
