A furnished office for 10 to 20 people in Sydney costs about A$7,200 to A$14,400 a month at the median published per-desk rate, and it can be ready in days rather than months. Published asking prices in Sydney run from A$359 per desk per month at the low end to A$1,000 in the upper quarter, with a median of A$720.
