The national median stands at about $379 per person per month. New York City is the most expensive major market at a median of $673/person, while Phoenix is the most affordable at $280/person — a 2.4× spread across the country.

Figures are the median asking price per person per month for flexible and serviced office space actively listed in each market, drawn from live SquareFoot inventory as of September 2026. We report medians rather than averages to avoid distortion from a handful of premium listings, and require at least 15 priced listings for a market to be included. Ranges show the 25th–75th percentile. Flexible pricing is all-in (furnished, staffed, utilities, meeting rooms), unlike traditional leases that quote per square foot before build-out.
